Extremely slow launch

For some reason the game takes around 2 minutes to fully open and load for me, my computer is way beyond the requirements, and loads other games such as skyrim much faster.

I tried searching for this issue with no luck, anyone else have this or know how to fix it, it really puts me off from playing the game.

which bits to load?
to get to the first screen with the cogs?

2.4ghz quad Q6600, geforce GTX 560 1gb, 4GB of DDR2 ram.
