Smile Lets write a heist!

Okay so I've heard some very good ideas for heists on this forum.

Lets collaborate and put together some ideas!

Problem With a Hacker

Black Screen:
Bain: Wolf what were you thinking?
Wolf: I don't know, I was buying a s***load of stuff online
Bain: Well now you have given a rat your information.
Guess we are getting back your info huh?

Story:

The goal of the team is to break into a software development company and force them to code a program to trace the original hackers source. He trips a silent alarm as you are waiting for them to trace it. You get your information, but every cop in the city is at the bottom waiting for you. So you blow out a window and jump to the next building. The trace of the hacker is 10 blocks away, you have to take back roads to get there as every cop is after you.

When you get to the scums so called "house", you find out its a corporation that is ripping off people right and left, you need to get to their vault and take out the scum in charge. You rob them of their money and kill of the CEO and Higher up people. Then you need to race to the top where you will be airlifted.

Guidelines to writing a Heist:

Rules: There are NO character specific tasks. No offense to writers, but we want something Multiplayer and Singleplayer. The Game does not have character specific tasks, and it will not be added.

Get Creative!

Add in information about the heist, not only what happens in the map. For Example:
* How you escape
* What goes on before you start, what does Bain tell you, why are you there etc.
* What is used in the map, C4, Saws, Finding Executives for Codes, hacking, etc.
* What are the complications


Just Remember to be Creative! Write a good Heist and who knows maybe Overkill will make it happen!

Im thinking of something along the lines of a Problem with a hacker. Wolf has been shopping online, hes been using his credit card and personal information. He had no idea he was being traced by a rat.

Write a heist, who knows maybe Overkill will like it and develop it!
Plan A should be to find and put on your expensive, tres chic bankster suit and a mask of either Ben Bernake, Tim Geithner, John Corzine, ect. Next all the police sirens stop, and magically, you are able to foist all of your outstanding debts on the american taxpayer. In the meantime, you can further leverage this debt to create more money to sell to the govt at compound interest, speculate in hedge funds by shorting food and oil commodities, create trillions of off the books derivatives that exploit the likelihood of bad risk loans to default, and just give away trillions to all your plutocrat friends in foreign banks.

Should you not be able to find your suit and masks in the alloted time, however, you get busted like any other normal human being.

Haha nope, so far I haven't had a problem with that... KNOCK ON WOOD!

But I know people who have, and wouldnt we all like to get revenge on a scum bag who exploits others for huge profits.

Heres one

Heist the Murky Water HQ

problem is no cops, all contractors dieing to save their payments.

Althought contracting HQ's don't have cash inside them, the objective would be to grab the head honcho (example. Zeus) and get him to wire the money into an account Bain has set up . Once Bain recieves the payment then you can execute Zeus because naturally he would be the only one with the information on the accounts you still have to hold off the murkeys till Bain transfers the money into other accounts to prevent them from tracking it back. Once all money has been seccured the hard part is to push your way out and the escape im sure Overkill can think of somthing.

Talking Museum Heist

Back Story:

A drug lord's drug deal went wrong and his henchmen were forced to hide a big bag of military-grade morphine injectors in one of the 6 sarcophagus that are to be shipped to the museum for exhibition.

The team has been asked by the drug lord to retrieve the bag from the museum before the museum staff open up the sarcophagus for exhibition in a few days time and discover the bag which will be handed to the police. They have been promised half the profits if they deliver it to the drug lord.



In Game:

The team will already be in the museum after closing time.

The 6 sarcophagus will be locked up separately in 6 different display rooms which can only be unlocked via hacking the respective lock system outside each room.

The team will have to ideally stay undetected from museum night patrol while Bain gets information from the drug lord who is torturing his henchmen to help them recall the look and make of the right sarcophagus. The information will come in parts like "I think it was red." or "I think there was some kind of eagle head drawing on it." The museum patrol will have to move in such a way that the team must keep moving from point to point and cannot just camp at spawn point until all the clues are given.

Once the team thinks that they have the right sarcophagus, they have to put a hacking device on the respective lock system which will unfortunately trigger the alarm and the police will come. The bag will then be in the sarcophagus if it is the right one (assuming they listen to the visual clues Bain provided), otherwise it will be a mummy and they will have to set up the device on the other systems while taking assaults from police. They only have one such hacking device so it will not be possible to put the device on all systems in one go.

They will then have to plant C4 on the floors of one of the rooms which is connected to the old sewage tunnels which they will escape from the museum.

After travelling a distance in the sewage tunnels, they will have to blow up the wall of the basement in an abandoned building connected to the old sewage system and the drug lord and his men will be waiting for them outside with a getaway vehicle.


Depending on the level of difficulty, the drug lord might betray the team and they will have to kill the thugs before driving away with the vehicle and the bag.

OR

The team can choose to betray the drug lord but they will have to face the firefight with the thugs before they escape, with the police hot on their trail.

I love your idea! Brilliant!! Could use some patching up of course! But i can definitely see Overkill possibly doing this! And overkill would think of all the things to add haha

Back Story

The group gets a tip about a shipment of military grade microchips aboard a docked freighter. Their goal is to get on the ship via disguise, get the chips, and get out the same way they came in under the darkness of night. Once they are to safety, they will sell the chips on the black market for a hefty sum.

The Plan

You start out on the dock with Chains disguised as a shipmate, Hoxton on a nearby roof with a scoped rifle (this can be made to be dropped once the next stage of the heist has begun, to give that player their original equipment). The other two will have the objective of setting charges that will detonate as a distraction once the heist has been pulled off.
- Chains' objective is to get aboard the ship, get to the bridge, power down the engine, and get to the bow of the ship so he is in good position to begin the heist. This all has to be done without getting too close to any of the workers or guards. To make this more difficult, you can increase the "aggro" range to double or triple that of the First World Bank guards. He will have his weapons holstered.

- Hoxton's objective is just to provide intelligence to the other players as to where the guards are by marking them. If a firefight breaks out, he has 10 rounds that he can fire before he packs up the gun. Once he is ready, he will climb down an adjacent ladder to join the battle. The player can drop the rifle at any time by holding F for three seconds. He is also carrying the drill.

- Dallas and Wolf's objective is to plant a series of C4 charges on some nearby oil drums and boats without being seen by patrolling guards. They will have their weapons drawn.

The Heist

11:36pm - Houston Harbor

"I have a visual on an armed patrol" (Hoxton's voice over radio)

"Copy that, moving out soon" (Chains)

"Chains, make sure not to let anyone get a good look at your face. If they recognize you, we're sunk" (Wolf)

"No shooting, guys. We can't bring everyone down on us before we are ready" (Dallas)


You start the mission with everyone set up as mentioned. Everyone except Hoxton starts in the same spot. At this point, Chains heads toward the boat via the dock. He has to get aboard using the stairs leading up to the main deck of the ship near the bow. Naturally, there are plenty of guards patrolling this area so he will have to wait for guards to pass to get aboard undetected.

Dallas and Wolf will climb a nearby fence and jump down the other side into a fuel depot. There will be a varying number of guards, but there should always be some. Their goal is to place a total of four charges - two on some oil drums, one on a small boat, and one on the fuel tank of a truck - without being detected. Once all charges are in place, they will want to move away from the explosives to a safe distance. If Chains has powered down the engine, Dallas and Wolf have placed all of their charges, they will get the ability to begin the heist.

Hoxton will remain on the roof - unless the player decides to abandon the rifle - and mark the visible guards.

If this is all accomplished undetected, the players will get the advantage of completing objectives without police interference. If detected, the heist begins and all of the guards open fire. Naturally, this would be very bad for Chains, as he is alone.

When the fighting begins, everyone's objective is to meet on the main deck of the ship. The safe containing the chips is in a secure room on the third deck. The only way to open the secure room is to put uplinks on three random boxes (á la Diamond Heist) on two lower decks. The hacking process will take three minutes.

The door opens into a vault with various valuable items you can pick up for extra cash. The main objective is in a large safe in the middle of the room. Hoxton places the drill, and they have to do the usual at this point; defend the drill and restart it if it jams. Guards can come in one of two ways: the main blast door, as well as swat members rappelling down through three ventilation shafts in the back of the "vault."

With the safe open, the players grab the three briefcases of microchips and fight their way out of the ship. Once they reach the deck they are then ordered to move to the tip of the bow to be extracted via helicopter.

The purpose of the C4 is a functional one. I was thinking that once they are detonated, the players could essentially "skip" an incoming assault. This will not erase a current assault, however.

The Art Heist

Back story :

The Mona Lisa is on a world tour, visiting all of the worlds most prestigious art museums. Security is tight, but as the worlds most valuable piece of art, our crew simply cannot resist taking it for themselves.

The Plan :

The Mona Lisa is on public display, but is protected by the highest level of security.

The players will start the heist walking into the museum. At any point, they can put on their masks, but they will be given the chance to scope out the museum up to the first security checkpoint at the Mona Lisa exhibit. Being spotted by a museum guard, or walking through the metal detectors at the checkpoint will start the heist as well. The security checkpoint will be the first bottle neck, and will be the only way into the Mona Lisa exhibit.

Once past the security checkpoint, the players will need to fight their way through the rest of the museum.

The goal of the heist is to steal the Mona Lisa, but to make the Museum think that a different work of art was stolen, and that they still have the original painting. This way the original Mona Lisa can be sold on the black market for huge profits.

Once inside the secure part of the museum, the crew will need to locate the reproduction Mona Lisa that was smuggled into the museum by a mole. This painting will be in a different random spot each time the level is played.

They played will then need to gain access to the security camera room. Once access has been obtained, the players must hack into the computer to play a repeat loop of the security camera in the Mona Lisa Room.

Once the camera's have been rigged, they players will need to fight their way to the Mona Lisa Room.

Inside the Mona Lisa room, the painting is protected by several laser beams that will detect if anyone breaks through them to steal the painting. The players will need to set up several mirrors to allow them to re-direct the lasers and to slip by them. Once this has been completed, the players will swap out the real Mona Lisa with the fake one.

They players will then need to fight their way to the "distraction", the worthless piece of art that is going to be stolen to distract the museum from the real theft.

The players will need to drill through a security gate, enter the "distraction" room, and steal the art (could be a golden copy of Modern Warfare or something else distracting and worthless) To randomize the level, the distraction could be located in a different part of the gallery every time the level is played.

After the distraction has been grabbed the players will have to make their way back to the beginning of the level, past the first security checkpoint. Once past the security checkpoint, the final run begins.

The players will need to run through the lobby of the museum, and make their way through the museum gift shop, exiting out of service exit in the employees only section of the gift shop, into a parking lot behind the museum. The crew will then hop into the back of an unmarked van, making their escape.
