Stuck at 74/75 Missions Complete - Help!

Just finished the game, and am now shooting to finish every mission during endless summer - and I have spent a few in-game nights and days hunting every mission down and finishing them.

But now the missions have dried up, and I am at 74/75 - no more star markers.

I HAVE COMPLETED THE BIG PRANK- I have the red ninja outfit to prove it.

Are there any missions that don't show up as a star on the map that I might be missing? Because it has been 7 in-game days now, and I am not seeing a thing.
