I think it may be a troll site as it blatantly says Half Life 2 Episode 3 though the almighty GabeN said they would no longer revisit episodic content. :\

But it states that HL2:Ep 3 is being released though Gaben said he wouldn't release episodic content.

He said the episodic model doesn't work.
By that he means, Releasing smaller sequels, with less time between development than that of a fully fledged sequel, is not in valves style.

At this point in time, we do not know if the next game in the series is Episode 3 or Half Life 3.

There was a countdown on this website, I believe it ended 9th of june. It then displayed this date, 10th December 2011.
Also, VGAs aren't always December 10th. Last year it was the 11th. The year before, 12th. The year before that, 14th.
