Multiplayer problem

Wen i join a server or my friend hosts a server and wen i join the server i wait awhile then its says loading and i get sent back into the menu?

and another problem is
i keep re downloading the stuff wen i go play the game (found a fix for this, press X wen it says you have the latest version of microsoft c++ do not press close you have to redownload the net framework again if you do)
