A suggestion on factions

It looks like with the new wave of steam players than once again criminals are overpopulated. If you start out the game I highly suggest going Enforcer for your starter character just so you have a huge pool of new players to go against. You'll find both sides have most things in common with only a few exceptions(the biggest "perk" to criminal is you can ram into shops and take things to launder, but this has been nerfed heavily and missions are once again much better for making money).
