3D vision problem

Hey 3D-vision owners,

I got LIMBO 2 days ago and tried to use it in 3D mode with my 3D-Vision 2 glasses (v1 IR emitter) and and driver 285.62. I tried SLI and single core GPU mode with my Gtx480 cards and vsync on/off. I m running a 1920x1080 rsolution.

Problem: flickering half black screen on the left eye, that can disappear when I open the main menu but it comes back after a few moments. I can t find reports on the internet describing the same problems.

any ideas?

thx for your help!!

Hi

First off, can you just try disabling SLI? That will help us isolate if its an SLI issue or a general problem with Limbo and 3D Vision.

thx Andrew! I tried that already and it didn t help.

...but I found another solution:

the resolution of the game is defined in the settings.txt file (..\Steam\SteamApps\common\limbo\settings.txt) with the command "backbufferheight = 720". I changed the value to 1080 and now 3D Vision runs smoothly and even in higher resolution.

regards,
