?Restart Game

I last played this game several months ago. I wanted to restart the game from scratch but there doesn't appear to be any option to do this. I'm at level 16 and can not play any level less than this. Under "options" is lists user name and I changed this but it had no effect. I've deleted the game and reinstalled but it still starts me at level 16. I'd delete a data file but there are so many, I'm afraid I'd just mess up the game worse.
Does anyone know a fix for this? It seems strange that you can't start the game over.
