Portal is too hard

Because it's easy to get stuck in the game.I'm stuck at the part where there's a bunch of graffiti and pics of companion cube behind a wall.For 6 months.

If you have had that much trouble I suggest you look for a walkthrough. I dind't have that much problem on that level other than getting hit with a power pellet. sm

I don't know why I did so well at Portal; I usually get stuck badly in FPS games and have to rely on a walkthrough.

But for some reason, Portal just clicked for me. There were a couple occasions on which I felt stymied, but I just walked away from the computer for a few minutes, torched a bowl, made a fresh cup of coffee, and it all came clear again.

I am proud to say I made it through the game in one evening and most of the next day, with no help from cheats or tips or walkthroughs or anything.

And I say this as someone who never has finished Half-Life 1, LOL. The Xan stuff at the end just stops me cold.

I was hopeless at this game.
My mind is the reverse of this game lol.
Just stupidly hopeless at it.

I had too uninstall it for depression sake.

Otherwise I would have cut my wrists.

I even watched a you tube of a level I was stuck in and when restarting the game,still couldn't work it out.

Always been hopeless at mind games.

You just get what genes you are given I'm afraid.

Braid is the same for me.
Just hopeless and the further I play,the bigger the depression I get.

Braid's dark music makes me even more sadder.

Strange.

Personally, I found Portal 1 to be easy, and Portal 2 to be even easier. 100 solutions, vs follow the white wallpaper.

I did get stuck in the room with the turrets behind the glass wall. Thinking back it is not a very complicated solution, but it just wasn't obvious.

I finished the whole game in 4 hours.
