This is what I've done so far:

*No UAC
*Removed read only, steam directory
*Defrag and Verify integrity of game cache in steam local properties
*Removed everything in steam except steam.exe and the steam apps folder, so that the steam client upgrades itself.
*turned off firewall
*Restarted steam multiple times
*Restarted computer
*Reinstalled game twice
*Reinstalled Microsoft Visual c++ redist (2005, 2008, x86 and x64)
*"Brand new" ATI drivers (~2 weeks old)
*DirectX came with the game and probably updated the previous one, same with MS Visual C++ redist

Please help me, I want to play.

I had to manualy run the game exe from the path:

your steam path\SteamApps\common\anomaly warzone earthAnomaly\WarzoneEarth.exe

When I try the ".EXE" it appear.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file"

are you aware that this path is not full path but only presentation?

Where did you installed steam?

my location is "e:\Igre\steam\SteamApps\common\anomaly warzone earth\WarzoneEarth.exe" and i doubt this will work for you.

The "c:\Program Files" or "c:\Program Files (x86)" is usual the default path

Search using windows explorer.

You said you do not have exe. That is executable file for every program-games. You do have it. If by any chance you do not have there could be 2 problems. Either instalation is corrupted or the most unprobable is that your anti virus deleted it.

when I find the EXE for it and try to open it, it says this:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file"

Yeah, Steam is telling me that Anomaly isn't available at this time for me too. I actually probably would've bought it during the Holiday Sale, but the demo said the same thing, therefore I couldn't try it out to see if I liked it. For some reason, I expected the full game to work even if the demo didn't (it's already been that way for me). Stupid me. :/
