Whats the replayibility on this?

Is this game worth replaying if you beat it the first time. And also, is it worth buying?

I beat it 3 times and enjoyed them all equally.

I would say very high, as long as you don't nitpick every single tiny bad detail. Every game has those.

This game has one of the highest replayability factors out of all the games. There is a lot that can change in each playthrough.

A lot, there are 3 great storylines and literally tons of subplots to explore.

Almost every choice you make affects the game in one way or another. Even simple things, like shuffling the order of the missions you do changes stuff.

3 without even having to think about it. At least three. That's 3 and have enough options within those 3 times, to make the game very different for you.. Not just the same game, played again..
