I don't know about the best, but it's certainly one of the better ones.

At 10 USD it was already well a bargin. 2.50 is like robbing a child of candy.

Really, if you like Puzzle games and don't mind some 3d spacial thinking, of the pure, logical, no timer nonsense, no insane monkey-ball skills variety, WHY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS? GO GRAB THE GAME ALREADY!

I payed full price for it and don't regret a thing. How anyone could like puzzle games even a little bit and not buy it during this sale if they have some extra fun money in budget...it's unthinkable.

Though it's a completely different developer, I highly recommend RUSH as well. Like Puzzle Dimension, it's a puzzle game about sitting there and thinking spatially about how things move and affect each other, without worry about timer or skill based nonsense that seems to plague the puzzle game genre lately. (I must say of the two though, Puzzle Dimension will probably last much longer before being solved 100%, mostly thanks to it's longer final puzzles and lack of sorely tempting hint button.)
