I'm having trouble with the Skins DLC. No matter what I do (restart Steam, restart computer, verify game cache, ect...) the game will not let me use the skins in the game. I have bought the DLC, and it shows up under the properties for Batman Arkham City. But when I launch the game, the skins do not show up in the trophy area, and the cheat code does not let me select them when I load my game. I have beaten the game on Normal, so that is not an issue.

Help please?

Open a ticket with Valve concerning this, it's on their side as far as I know. Careful though, the same thing happened to me but I decided to play anyways for the love of the game. When they fixed it, my game save was gone.

So I did'nt read the whole post, and I know i should have, but its late, and I'm tired. When GFWL comes up, it goes to sign me in, and tells me that it cant because my key is invalid. none of my other GFWL games purchased through steam have ever done this, so i dont even know who to talk to.

You know that free Batman Inc. skin you linked us to? I downloaded it and on my Games for Windows Live account, and when I checked my trophy collection and Riddler's Revenge challenge maps, my skin was not there. What happened?

Ok, so I didn't read all 12 pages of this, but I just have a quiestion about Harley Quinn DLC.

I bought it on Steam, redeeemed it on xbox.com using the CD-key from Steam. then I logged into AC using the xbox account (which I never use... because I like to play my games offline). I understand that my progress is wiped b/c I'm using a different account. My question is this: do I need to replay the entire game to access the Harley Quinn DLC? Or should there be an optoin to just play which i'm not seeing because I missed something?

EDIT: Ah, I have tpo download it using GaFWL's own downloader.... god, why can't Microsoft just fully abandon the PC gaming scene rather then saddling us with their half-assed excuses of a product?

The other dlc's are only reskins and challenge maps, why should they show up in the main menu? you can choose your skin when starting a game and the maps are added in the challenge menu.

The goty edition seems to download from steam with all the dlc already - so you dont need to download it via gfwl (just enter your serial as normal and you're good to go).

That's why I bought it again. Anything to avoid using the G4WL program.

Oh good, I'm glad I need to complete this labyrinthine process to play a game I purchased. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life, Warner Bros., it's not like I needed it anyway!

is the game tied to one GFWL account? it seems that my live account is asian and i can't redeem the DLCs!

I tried creating a new profile but GFWL told me that the key has been already used.

keys are tied to the online profiles you activate them on.

well, you can't create a new account to use them on but...

Can the DLC not be accesed with an asian account?

Im not sure how you purchased the DLCs but you could always try for a refund if in fact you cannot play them
