can i give games from the Arma X package as gift to another person?

I only want Arma (1) Gold but it isn't obtainable separately from Steam. So i would have to buy the X-Pack but i already have all the other Games in this pack.

I don't believe that you can trade off the games from the Arma X package, very few games on steam allow this. Normally only valve games and a few pre-order bonuses.
If you don't mind it not being on steam you can get it here http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/DD-ARMAGE/arma-gold-edition for £3.50.
