If you want to remove the beta patch and go back to "stable", do you have to uninstall the whole game and reinstall it again?

no, all You need is just erase the beta folder located inside OA ... \Expansion\beta\

it's recommended just simply erase the old beta folder prior installing new beta ...

What happened to dynamic lighting in 93666? Did this latest fix it? Playing on a moonless night is literally pitch black even when trying to tweak brightness and gamma (not that that's a bad thing, although daylight looks uglier too.)

OK I installed the beta patch and now the load up takes forever and freezes up all the time. Also the menus once I wait the nearly 5 mins to get there. They freeze up for like 10 seconds at a time every 20-40 seconds.

I uninstalled it by deleting the beta folder and tried restarting Arrowhead again when I launched steam afterwards but still the same issue.

Any ideas?

I have a question related to DayZ

I downloaded the new 1.7.1.1 DayZ Update and I realised there was a new Beta build for Arma 2: OA (the 1.60.93701 beta build) required to play of a majority of the servers who now use 1.7.1.1. I downloaded it and installed it

The thing is I can't make the 93701 beta build work with Dayz...

When I try to play Dayz, it says that my current build is 87580, and not 93701.

How can I make it work?
