Can't access game in progress, stuck forever??

So i finally managed to get into a game. Mind you everyone tried getting assists so we all kept dying but midway through the game dies and i dc. I reconnect and choose my champ and it says im already in a match? I try to reconnect and the servers are unavailable, so now i cant play my champ until it un♥♥♥♥s itself.

a) Is there a way to fix this?
b) this has to be the MOST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ achievement in the gift pile, it literally just broke the ♥♥♥♥ing game.
c) Is there any easy way of getting this achievement over and done with without having to find a full match that wont ♥♥♥♥ up?
