My mannequins are possessed!

I just bought the house in Riften and spent the money to have it fully upgraded. I love the enchanting lab in the basement. However every time I go in there the two mannequins are in very different places, sometimes even in the middle of the room!

I tried consulting the priest of Mara but all he wants to do is marry me off to someone! Please help!

Your house is clearly haunted.. I wonder if there are any ghostbusters in Skyrim...

The mannequins may wander around but the bases are still where they should be and clicking on the base puts the dummy back in position
