Well, I was afraid after reading this but in my case, and just as reported in other threads, all problems with cutscenes went away with PhysX disabled and playing in a window to force VSync. Not that much of a pain as you can still maximize etc.

NOTE : I'm using an AMD card, don't know how it goes in nVidias.

I got it to stop crashing during cutscenes by disabling VSync ingame, and forcing VSync ON through the Nvidia settings.
