Penumbra Texture issuses.

Ive had a Problem with Penumbra For about 2-3 months, And It Was Doing fine until the The Texnture Went Weird. It's Almost Like Gmod, When you dont have a download of a game and everything is pink and has black stuff across the wall of pink. I can't see any of the items, Unless i move my screen alittle. I am Kinda guessing my New Graphics Card did this to me :/ But I have no clue. Please Respond back on this problem.
