IL 2 Sturmovik 1946 LAN multiplayer/hyperlobby help

Hi, I just got 1946 the day it was on sale, and as a friend and I were trying to work the multiplayer with Hamachi via LAN we couldn't connect to each other. Then we stumbled upon Hyperlobby, a LAN client that allows players to host games.

I am asking if anyone knows how to fix the problems with Hamachi or has any idea how to operate a game on Hyperlobby.

don't bother with hamachi, use tunngle or hyperlobby.
