Does Skyrim Have an End?

I apologize beforehand if this question already has been asked.

I was wondering if Skyrim ended if you completed the main questline (Imperial/Stormcloak).
Like in Fallout: New Vegas, once you completed the Legion/NCR/Independent questline,
the game just gave you a cutscene and you needed to start over.

No spoilers please.

Technically, not really. However, once you hit around level 80 (I've heard 81), you'll have all of your skills at 100, so you won't level anymore. In addition, the higher level you get, the longer it will take you to level up. After a certain point, leveling will take so long that you will barely level up anymore.

I'm at 43 and its taking forever to level now...which is pretty annoying because I'm still trying to get some perks on the traits I'm working on.

Try leveling once you're at 56, like my character is...

Im sure. Its funny tho, I felt like I was leveling constantly up to about 30...then it started taking longer and longer....now I understand why it takes 250 hours to get to 80.

I'm just glad they didn't do that lame level cap like Fallout.....20 on fallout 3 really annoyed me, since that wasn't enough levels to finish the game!!! Once I stopped leveling I felt like there was really no point in exploring anymore and just finished the main quest. New Vegas I think raised it to 30...but I still got to a point where I couldn't level anymore and felt like that was the end. At least Skyrim lets you progress long enough to do everything! Tho you don't gain exp for finishing quests....which I think is a bit odd!
