MacOsX - log-in problems

Hi,
I just buy R.U.S.E. for mac os x. the game download and start. very good. but the first thing that ask me is to connect to ubisoft server.
When I log in it says that it is unable to connect to ubisoft servers. so the game cant start and i cant play.
The online login works so its not my fault!

Any suggestion?

i forgot to say that ubisoft and steam support can't help me ...they didn't answer me! ( 2 day passed )
also uninstalled & eliminate every file then re downloaded....nothin changed...
