I do 15 achievements and only get -25% activision, -50% Global ops:Commando Libya, and 12 coal. You say that is only adding up to 14 right? Yeah because valve ♥♥♥♥ed me on one.

It's buggy, deal with it.

Try deleting the clientregistry.blob, restarting the program, etc. You'll live without a gift.
