Wait Time

Right now i am level 23 and enjoy leveling and upgrading discipline tree. But i guess since i am a high level, it takes a long time to find a match with other players? Kind of bothered because sometimes i have to wait 12min+ when the avg wait time says 5min-. I also dont want to have to start again from level 1 with a character i dont enjoy playing as. Wondering if this is a problem with not enough people being high levels? or something else. Hope to get some responses. thanks! (forgot to add this is wait time for a 5 vs 5 match).

Unfortunately it may be that during the time you are queing the amount of 21+ players are not in queue. However, lately during peak hours the que hasn't been bad at all. Perhaps if possible logging on at different times may be better? If not I would suggest starting a new immortal when 21+ ques are long and switching off whenever the waits are better. Hope this helps!
