Hitman Blood Money from english to german lanugish!

I have found a german patch but it doesnt work.
The massige says the patch was already installed.
(and the game is allready in english.)
Sorry for bad english.

german: ich habe ein patch gefunden das das game auf deutsch machen würde aber es geht nicht da steht patch schon installiert.
Aber das spiel ist immer noch auf english.
