HELP!! : Borderlands Startup Error?

I downloaded borderlands and played with my friend for like 2 hours then shut down my laptop (win7 64B) and woke up in the morning and launched bordelands when it launched i hit singleplayer and then it crashed! so then i uninstalled it and im wondering if i should re-install it?

Just use Steam to re-install again. It may, or may not, fix the problem.
