Invincible at 50 Respect?

When I got to 50 respect and buy the no damage from bullets upgrade, I'm practically invincible now. Is there any way to toggle the upgrades on/off now that I've bought it, I wish it could be toggle on off because now I can just walk around and cause chaos without being killed. It may be fun for a while but sometimes I should die once in a while.

No you can't toogle it off it is always on

Yeah I was really disappointed to discover how the "resistances" increase for each level. Level 1 was 5% , level 2 was 10%, level 3 was 20% , so I kinda assumed level 4 would be 40%. But no, total immunity. So I didnt buy it.

In my opinion the game should have had a separate "keys to the city" mode , where you are immune to everything instead, and free to mess around as you please.

Do what I do - dress your character up like someone from the Matrix movies (don't forget the black sunglasses and the black motorcycle) and just go to town. Dying is fun? News to me.

For future reference, the "Invincibles" DLC has an option (cheat) that CAN be toggled on and off and which makes you unkillable. That might be a better choice for your next playthrough.
