Not Being Awarded Secondary Objectives and Achievements?

Hello. First off, thanks to Red Redemption for this game: it is truly nice, engaging and challenging.
On topic: I have played Cornucopia twice, and I have troubles with bonus points and achievements. (I did not play on Easy mode.)
In the first attempt, the game failed to award me the following:

Acquiring Adv. Drilling in 3 regions (possibly because only 2 have acquired it by partner regions rather than finding it on their own)
Agricultural GDP > 10*10^12$ by 2100
Reach 2200 without playing Tobin Tax
Bein' Green Achievement (Japan was Dark Green, though)

The second time, it failed only the following:

Agricultural GDP > 10*10^12$ by 2100
Reach 2200 without playing Tobin Tax
Bein' Green Achievement (each and every one was exactly Green)

I have never lost control of a region and I certainly did not play Tobin Tax in either game. Are these known bugs, or am I missing something?

An update.
I played Cornucopia, and again an Achievement was not awarded (Material World) and neither were the bonus points for not having played Tobin Tax and not having caused chlarate explosions. However, the game did give me 500 bonus points for having an agricultural GDP > 10 trillion by 2100; I assume the secodary objectives might have been placed in the wrong descriptions?

With regards to achievements I've found that the Bein' green achievement only triggers when several regions are Dark green or eco-fanatic. Either it only triggers if the global average is green+ or the description is wrong. The same is true for Material world which only triggers if several regions are sceptic, denialist etc.
