Training your dag

Seem to be having problems upgrading my dag

Have these Dog training books
Exploration 2, 3, 4 and 5
Charisma 4 and 5

Whistle the dog and the options show;

1 = Pet
2 = Tell off
3 = Fetch
Esc = Exit

There's no upgrade option, but I swear there was before.
Am I doing something wrong please help.

This means that your dog is already trained to exploration lvl5 and charisma lvl5.

Your right, just started my new character and the first silver box max out the dogs skill in everything.

Speaking of dogs...

How do you make them fetch?

In the game. Not in real life.

What I mean is, you hold down the "Fetch" key (I use the controller, so it's 'Y' for me), and do so until the right time. But the dog just stares at you like you're dumb. Then, my character throws the ball, and I feel dumb, trying to get my dog to play fetch with me. What's up with that?
