Changing mouse speed/sensitivity?

So whenever I'm playing the game the cursor scrolling speed is crazy. Its fine when I'm on the menu but the sensitivity is really high when I'm playing the game and I just wondered if there was anyway to change it - I can't find anything in the options menu so any help would be appreciative.
