Can anyone download Crowne Plaza DLC?

About 2 weeks ago I deleted Race 07 (because I messed up quite a few mods) along with all DLCs I have which are GTR Evolution, Formula Race Room and Crowne Plaza (free DLC). Then I downloaded (most of) them back again, the problem is I want the free DLC but when I tried to press "play game" normally it will open a box to download but now it didn't. I tried to contact support but their answer just irrelevant.

Now about 2 weeks passed, in Race 07 store page says it contains the DLC, so I deleted and downloaded it all over again but my game still not showing the car and track from this pack.

Anyone got this works? how? Or anyone who haven't deleted his game yet can zip the .gcf file of this DLC and send it to me will be much appreciated.

Situation update: got it from a French sim racing website. Everything's fine now.
