Nope I don't think you do.Far as I know you only get the TF2 hats.

It doesn't say we'll get them. That means (based on all sampled cases), we don't get them.

Or you can preorder it from Amazon, if you're in the US. They have 2 preorder bonuses.

No Pre-Order weapons on Steam. They have said they would like to bring them at a later date as potential DLC. But nothing is set in Stone and no guarantee of that.

Still not sure why people are so hung up on weapons they will replace within the first few hours of the game. When TF2 Hats have real money value and can be easily traded for more games. If anything GameStop has the best bonuses, it has something that could potentially last the entire game.
