russian language fix

for those having problems with the game using another language i just cheked the game files and found the solution by luck.
go to your game directory in steam. "G:\Steam\steamapps\common\sniper ghost warrior\Game\Data"
this is the directory in my case. in yours it could be c:\programfiles\steam\ect....

inside that Data folder open up the game.ini with text editor such as notepad. then change the last entry in there. in my case it said Locale("De") and i just changed to Locale("En") save the changes and start the game. should be english now.
