You seem to have a bad habit of sprinting around corners. Never do that, half of your deaths are because you couldn't react fast enough.

Yeah I realise it more and more every time I play. I guess its a bad habit from playing shooters in single player and I never got out of the whole "I'm not bulletproof" mode

Sprinting around corners works for me - but I'm soundwhoring a lot though. Worked in MW2 as well, even though I didn't use sound extensively. My reaction is pretty fast though, and it doesn't work well using an assault rifle.
