CyberTech Costs

In case anyone wanted to have them on hand, I recorded the costs for CyberTech. Costs are in thousands of brouzoufs. First column of numbers is the cost to increase to level 2, second to level 3, and so on until the last column, with the cost to increase to level 10.

The total required brouzoufs for all CyberTech 10 is 13.712 million (not counting research costs, which only amount to around 134 thousand).

Aye. By default you can raise CyberTech to 3. Cyber Revolution lets you raise it to 6. Cybermancy lets you raise it to 9. And NecroCybermancy lets you push it up one final level to 10.

It's also the most powerful form of upgrade you can give to your character (well, alongside the Implants, which are the actual powers) even better than leveling up, because CyberTech not only increases skills, it also gives you nice energy cost reductions, huge mobility advantages, energy regeneration, damage reduction, and so on.

I've experimented with various sorts of characters; low level characters with high cybertech, high level characters with no cybertech, high level characters with cyber implants no cybertech, and so on. I've found that characters without cybertech or implants tend to get wasted when they go up against larger numbers of enemies or against Jian Shang Ji with 444 Bear Killers and whatnot - even if the character is high level, he's still forced to spend much of his time in cover. Characters with cyber implants can hold out a bit longer but still aren't energy efficient enough.

But a character with high CyberTech, and with the implants Dermal Sheath and Power Conversion, can wade through hordes of even the toughest enemies, shrugging off damage and keeping up energy with minimal health loss. It's a must-have for anyone who doesn't like using cover or likes playing melee.

Weird thing is I haven't completed Necrocybermancy (because I don't have it as available research) but I'm able to reach level 10 in CyberTech

MONEY?

Whats the best map to do secondary missions for money. I still play New Eden the most because I know it well and there are a lot of bank tellers to hack. I tried the rest and don't seem to get the same amount of money, all except Monolith, I figured that is all MetaStreums to deal with.

Research costs are a lot higher than that, I assume your talking pre-patch? Just the Gen-Bio 1-5 are 110k each at minimum plus on the wiki it shows the Streumonic Complementarity to be 666,666. I found a website too that said the game "hours" were only like a few minutes they seem to be a lot longer than when that was written.
