Pick 3 Locks Task

Is there a particular time to do this? Every time I try I can only find 1 locker to break into, 2 if I'm lucky but never 3. I roam around the school halls & go to the gym but almost always there's nothing up. What am I doing wrong? Are there lockers I don't know about elsewhere? Thanks in advance.

I know where all the lockers are, that wasn't the problem. For some reason there were almost never any reds up when I posted my question. I see them all the time now, lol. Maybe I needed more game play time? Anyway, got the task out of the way, thanks.
