Steam is telling me I'm a Cyber Cafe owner and put tons of games on my account.

I did not sign up for this. When I log in I'm greeted with the Cyber Cafe Own Agreement and it prompts me to press "I AGREE". I chose to simply close the window, but the games are still on my account and Steam signs me off Steam Community when I try to send messages. Who do I contact to fix this mistake? I don't want to be banned for being accused of taking advantage of this error or something.

Support at the top of every page, there's no phone or live-chat options. Create a support account and make sure to give as much detail as possible.

WOW i just noticed
my account just received a bunch of games too , cyber cafe is listed as complimentary when i click on last recent action etc ..

Yeah, I got the same exact thing. I am pretty mad. http://i.imgur.com/OXc4T.jpg .. it deleted my entire TF2 backpack .. hopefully they will recover my items. I got the same popup when singing in and just clicked agree because it said "STEAM SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT", and now my account is a Steam Cybercafe account. Oh well, at least Steam Support is fast on these issues usually.

Question: was anyone else using Steam Beta?

i have opted out of beta a long time ago , i did register for mobile beta but never got in so far

Oh good lord it deleted my backpack to. WHY GABE? WHY?

im monitoring my backpack but so far so good , nothing deleted

Start TF2. It will all be deleted and your items replaced by "Store Promotion" items, such as ones you get from doing achievements. (or at least it did for me)

This is pretty annoying too, it sets me as appear offline every few minutes. Weirdest bug I've ever seen.

this reallly really do sux if i get my account disabled or something , i just bought Skyrim and Saints Row 3 not too long ago -.-

Now that we know it's happening to more than just me or yourself, I'm sure Valve won't go around banning people for a mistake on their part. They might if it was an isolated incident, though that's not to say they would never restore said account.

I got the cafe option popup but I dismissed it. Now I can't sign into my friends list x.x

Edit: Oh just looked I too have a butt ton of games... lol?

I tried to sign into it yesterday and said they'd send me an invite soon. Still can't log into it.
