Oh no! The hats!

I was playing a match recently, and I noticed that my medic who is a good friend of mine wasn't wearing the hat/miscs he usually was. Neither was the Heavy I knew. I ignored it for a while, but after playing some more public matches I came across a lot of hatless scouts... and hatless soldiers, which I knew was impossible. There was one guy with an unusual Killer's Kabuto, with no hat in sight and planets orbiting his head.

Verify your game cache, defrag, whatever. Tried both, no hats.

dud there just cosmetic's or pixils if you will ....worst case scenario uninstall, and then reinstall

Its obvious, he traded it for an Unusual Hatless Soldier with Orbiting Planets :P
