Skyrim totally broke

I hope this makes sense to everyone.

It's saying that my destruction, restoration, and archery skills are 100 but I had never leveled those three to 100, and so my heavy armor skill has dropped to 25 blacksmithing has also dropped to 25 and my health and stamina has dropped to 250 almost as if I never leveled these skills which I have been doing since I started.

This all happened because I switched my Ebony chest piece to a robe and logged for the night. I go into battle and my sword skills which say 100 on the skill menu are leveling once again from 40. I had tried to go back from a previous save but it's still doing the same thing.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

EDIT: also my two-hand weapon skill says 25 on the skill menu but I have specced though the whole tree. I can even go to a trainer and skill up again.

Never happened to me w\ about 100 hours or so of playtime.

Yeah I even disabled all the mods I am currently using and it still doing it.

You probably have a corrupted save game. Have you tried going back to an older save?

Yes I tried to go back a few games with no avail. I wish skyrim had a self repair tool.

Something like this happened to me but it was due to playing with the race menu in console, other than that I haven't had a single issue with the patch.

Yeah I don't know all I did was I took off my chestpiece and put a robe on and everything broke, almost like using a paper clip and gum to repair a rocket lol
