What's up with Edna's eyes? (spoilers)

1931 Edna has green eyes. In the alternate timeline, after she steals the Delorean, when she is a hermit, she has blue eyes. What gives?

also very last in EP 5 old Edna has blue eyes in 1986

Wrong green / blue eyes

Need explain this ?

Possible hidden alternate timeline cause different green / blue eyes ?
