Crash during loading screen in multiplayer

The game freeze and crash during the loading screen of a map, only in multiplayer mode. Everything is ok in solo mode.
any ideas ?

Win XP SP3
Nvidia GTX 460
intel E8400
2 Go ram

i have the same problem did you fix it allready? my version is 1.5.500001 strange thing is that i played a while and now it is not working anymore
