nVidia Grpahical Corruption workaround
This one has been gnawing at some of the members of the Steam community for a while now and a workaround has recently (Yesterday) been found at SC4D.
Open the nVidia Control Panel Go to "Manage 3D Settings" Set the Antialiasing Mode to "Override any application setting" Enable "16xQ CSAA" (Preferably do this as an Application-Specific setting) Reports are that it fixes all graphical corruption, Z-Fighting and general instability on Systems with nVidia chipsets. Only users with an nVidia Graphics Card newer than the nVidia GeForce 8000 Series can utilise this workaround. If it does not work, update your drivers to the latest version. I have no issues but I am using an 8400.
(Also I am on the retail version if that matters?) __________________ Tripping the Light Fantastic Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose.. Last edited by TrippleD: 02-04-2012 at 08:24 AM. |

Are you using Software rendering? Switching to the Software renderer "fixed" the problem for some people at a significant performance cost.
