problems to activate dlc Understone cd key

Hi, I have problems in activade my dlc understone.
When I press the home key and insert it says that is invalid, I used Ctrl + C and Ctrl + v impossible to type the wrong key. how do I solve this problem?

I just alt+tabbed from the game to my steam library right clicked the game. Click show cd-keys then clicked the "copy to clipboard" option then highlighted the first cell in GFWL and ctrl+V.

I went directly to the xbox live site.logged in.
Clicked the *add points* thing then entered the dlc codes in the code box.Worked every time.
