There is a built-in cheat option in ToW2 Kursk, unfortunately, there are no cheats in other games of the series.

yeah it was just theatre of war 1 that i needed cheats for, that sux that there aint anything.

Best way I've found is to use the editor to reduce the veterancy of the enemy.
See the editor is your friend comments here Doesn't take much time or effort. Some missions seem impossible without that, unless you are a hardcore player. Poland is the hardest of all ToW1 campaigns, still don't know why 1C put it 'first' in the campaign choices. (ie if you read left to right which a lot of us do ) I guess a lot of would be players gave up on ToW after attempting that campaign.I relied on the exp points to improve my troops stats when going through ToW1 campaigns - I wanted the sense of achievement that you don't get with a cheat code
