are my saves gone forever i think i am going crazy

hi i formated my pc and backed up the WB Games folder in documents before doing so now when i check my WB games folder the save folder is empty

ARE MY SAVES GONE FOREVER!!!!?????

In retail version saves are in Documets\WB Games\Batman Arkham City\SaveData folder.
In Steam version they are in Steam\userdata\<some number>\57400\remote.

Steam version syncs saves with Steam cloud, so your files should be there. But if you didn't backup GFWL folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive, they wouldn't be of much use. See http://forums.steampowered.com/forum....php?t=2331974

You're screwed dude.

The save game situation is ridiculous. The game supposedly saves in 3 places, yet none of them actually contain the save game.
