Yellow Screen of Death? Everything is yellow.

Tried playing the demo, but this just happened

The UI shows up, the crosshair, and the subtitles seem okay, but everything is yellow with a white outline.
If i go into the steam overlay the screen flickers like mad, as if i can see the refresh rate, and every now and then i'll get a brief flash of it looking normal.

Any tips? this is pretty unplayable like this.

Turn off anti-aliasing in your video cards control panel.

This is BS, I cannot play the game like this. I am getting the same outlined orange/yellow mess. I am up to date on the AMD Drivers and running a Zotac HD6950. Didn't exactly find a place to "Turn off" AA in the Catalyst control center.
