Steam Crashing

Ok so, every time I open Spiral Knights, Steam crashes. SK stays open, then when I reopen Steam, SK closes. This repeats until I get pîssed off and give up. Wat do?

Same thing is happening to both my friend and me. I would really like to know if anyone has a fix for this! We both run spiral knights through steam on a mac.

Well, the solution I found on the SK forums isn't a *true* fix, but if you close steam and run SK directly from a desktop shortcut it'll play and steam will open by itself.

This is a Mac issue, strange thing is I run two accounts. 1 is my main, the second is for if I get the itch to do another run in clockworks incase my main runs out of Mist Energy.

My main account works fine, but my second account causes steam to crash. I think this has something to do with the latest Steam Update.

I am also having this problem, and the desktop bypass works. Was testing the playability of Spiral Knights on an old Mac Mini when the issue started. Going back to my main/newer Mac, the problem is the same. Spiral Knights was working just fine a day or two before.
