Mods not Downloading

It says they should download automatically when the game starts, but there not.... that just about explains all of the issues iv had lol. i have subscribed to quite a few and not a single one has downloaded

I lied apparently. i look in my data folder and there all mystically there... and i haven't opened skyrim since last night when i originally subscribed.

In all honesty, I don't know since haven't installed any mods from Skyrim Nexus yet. If you're having the same trouble as the OP, back up the mods from Skyrim Nexus and install the ones via Workshop. If the Workshop works, Skyrim Nexus are making a compability error, if they still don't, it might regard your internet connection.

And o reply to the OP, it might've transferred the files, but not shown that it did on the Main Menu of Skyrim when you launch it. Try installing a completely different mod you never have before, run Skyrim. See if it shows up "Downloading blabla", if it does, check the folder, if it doesn't do it anyway.

Okay, I fixed it. All I did was validate Skyrim files and my data Files thing became available.
