DOW Dark crusade won't launch in steam offline mod

Recently got dow platinum , before i apply steam latest update , it's work well.
But now i can't launch the game in offline mod , when i go steam online mod the game launch without hassle , any solution ?

I am having the same problem with DOW Gold. The Steam Client updated and now it will not play in "offline mode". It keeps opening the Steam Client empty store page to tell me I'm offline. It worked last night!!
