I don't know where you're seeing that, as I see it on GreenmanGaming normally for $49.99, and is on sale for $37.99.

It depends on your region. Here in NZ it is $89 US on the Steam store which is $107 in our local currency. Ever since Batman:AC I've been checking GreenManGaming when Steam prices look too high.

It shows as $38 now, but also says Unavailable in your region. It's 2K games though, they are notorious for price gouging so they probably saw the pricing "error" and generously fixed it for us.

I didn't realise GMG was doing regional pricing...I guess they are going to slowly go down the drain now as well.
